Couldn't find a job because you want too much money and you aren't worth the trouble. Back you come to London to sign for good old 'Arry. The man who has signed 12 ex-Arsenal players in has managerial career. The I hear he is interested in Alex Hleb. They really do want to be Arsenal don't they?

Gallas was and maybe even still is a good defender, but a true asshole. Playing for his third London club. Mercenary. No loyalty.

Were he actually someone I rated I would be mad about this, but the truth of the matter is that I'm glad he didn't sign his contract with us and now he's on the books with the Spuds and they can pay him his large wage packet that he will gladly collect while he sits out injured for at least 3 months of the season.

Maybe he can bring the right kind of team spirit to the locker room we all know he can. With any luck he might help the Spuds out of Europe and maybe score some own goals.
